"Knowing Christ & Making Him Known"
Right now, children in East Africa drink from unsafe water sources that bring disease and suffering. This is not just unsafe—it is life-threatening.
We invite you to pray for these communities.
Pray for clean water, for protection from sickness, and for God’s provision.
Pray for the pastors and churches serving in these areas—that they would be strengthened as they share the Gospel and care for their communities.
Please join us in prayer:
Pray that every village would hear about Jesus

Pray for clean water for children and families
Pray for healing and protection from disease
Pray for pastors serving in difficult conditions
Pray for communities to be strengthened through the Gospel

Pray that every village would hear about Jesus
Pray for access to basic healthcare
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe in one true and living God, the Creator and Sustainer of all things. God exists eternally, without beginning or end, and is unchanging in His nature and purpose (Genesis 1:1; Psalm 90:2).
We believe that God has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three distinct persons, yet one God, equal in essence, power, and glory. From creation onward, Scripture reveals God’s triune nature and His relational being (Genesis 1:26–27; 3:22; Matthew 28:19).
We believe that God works as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in perfect unity. The Father initiates His plan of salvation, the Son carries it out through His redemptive work, and the Holy Spirit brings that work to completion in the lives of believers (1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
Scripture: Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14
We believe that God created human beings in His image and placed them within creation with honor, purpose, and responsibility (Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3–6). Humanity was formed by God to reflect His glory and to live in relationship with Him.
We believe that all people have turned away from God and followed their own paths. Because of sin, every person falls short of God’s standard and stands in need of forgiveness and restoration (Isaiah 53:6a; Romans 3:23).
We believe that sin results in separation from God. Although God’s power to save remains unchanged, sin disrupts fellowship with Him and leaves humanity in need of reconciliation (Isaiah 59:1–2).
Genesis 1:27 | Psalm 8:3-6 | Isaiah 53:6a | Romans 3:23 | Isaiah 59:1,2
We believe that every person will live eternally and that God has appointed a final judgment. Eternal life is the gift of God, given to those who believe in Jesus Christ, while eternal separation from God is the result of rejecting His saving grace.
Scripture teaches that eternal life is found only in Christ (John 3:16; 1 John 5:11–13). Because sin leads to death, all people stand in need of salvation, which God freely offers through Jesus Christ (Romans 6:23). God knows the hearts of all people and judges with perfect justice and truth (John 2:25).
At the return of Christ, all nations will be judged in righteousness. Those whose names are written in the Book of Life will enter eternal life, and those who reject Christ will experience eternal separation from God (Matthew 25:31–46; Revelation 20:15).
John 3:16 | John 2:25 | Romans 6:23 | Revelation 20:15 | 1 John 5:11-13 | Matthew 25:31-46
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, revealed in human flesh according to God’s promise. He is Immanuel—God with us, born into the world to accomplish God’s redemptive purpose (Matthew 1:22–23; Isaiah 9:6).
We believe that Jesus Christ existed from the beginning, is fully divine, and is one with the Father. Through Him all things were made, and in Him is life and light. In the fullness of time, the eternal Word became flesh and lived among us, perfectly revealing God (John 1:1–5, 14; John 14:10–30).
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human. He lived without sin, yet experienced human weakness, and therefore serves as our faithful and compassionate High Priest (Hebrews 4:14–15).
We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried, and rose bodily from the dead on the third day, securing salvation and victory over sin and death (1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Romans 1:3–4).
We believe that Jesus Christ ascended into heaven and now reigns in glory. He will return visibly and powerfully to establish His kingdom and judge in righteousness (Acts 1:9–11).
We believe that Jesus Christ is the blessed hope of the Church, our great God and Savior, who will appear at the proper time in God’s perfect plan (1 Timothy 6:14–15; Titus 2:13).
Matthew 1:22,23 | Isaiah 9:6 | John 1:1-5, 14:10-30 | Hebrews 4:14,15 | 1 Corinthians 15:3,4 | Romans 1:3,4 | Acts 1:9-11 | 1 Timothy 6:14,15 | Titus 2:13
We believe that salvation is the gift of God, given because of His grace and not earned by human effort. Sin brings death, but God freely offers eternal life through Jesus Christ (Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8–9).
We believe that Jesus Christ alone is the way to God. Through Him, those who receive Him by faith are given the right to become children of God and are reconciled to the Father (John 14:6; John 1:12; Galatians 3:26).
We believe that salvation is not achieved through human effort but comes from God’s mercy, as He brings about new life and renewal through the work of the Holy Spirit (Titus 3:5).
We believe that those who trust in Jesus Christ are justified by faith and now have peace with God, restored relationship, and assurance of salvation (Romans 5:1).
Romans 6:23 | Ephesians 2:8,9 | John 14:6, 1:12 | Titus 3:5 | Galatians 3:26 | Romans 5:1
We believe that those who have been saved through faith in Jesus Christ are secure in God’s keeping. Salvation rests not on human strength, but on the power and faithfulness of God, who is able to guard what has been entrusted to Him (John 10:29; 2 Timothy 1:12).
We believe that Jesus Christ continually intercedes for those who belong to Him and is able to save completely those who come to God through Him. Through His once-for-all sacrifice, believers are made holy and perfected in God’s sight (Hebrews 7:25; 10:10, 14).
We believe that believers have been given a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ and are kept by God’s power for an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, reserved in heaven for them (1 Peter 1:3–5).
John 10:29 | 2 Timothy 1:12 | Hebrews 7:25; 10:10,14 | 1 Peter 1:3-5
We believe the Holy Spirit is God, who gives life and brings freedom, and that where the Spirit is present, God’s transforming work brings true liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17).
We believe that the Holy Spirit was given by the Father through Jesus Christ to be our Helper and Counselor, who abides with believers forever. He leads into all truth, glorifies Christ, and makes known the things of God to His people (John 14:16–17; John 16:7–13).
We believe that the Holy Spirit empowers believers for witness and service, enabling them to live out the mission of Christ in the world (Acts 1:8).
We believe that the Holy Spirit dwells within believers, marking them as God’s own and sealing them for redemption. Through the Spirit, believers understand the things freely given by God and are made God’s dwelling place (1 Corinthians 2:12; 3:16; Ephesians 1:13).
We believe that believers are called to live by the Spirit, walking in new life and reflecting God’s character through obedience and love (Galatians 5:25; Ephesians 5:1).
2 Corinthians 3:17 | John 16:7-13, 14:16,17 | Acts 1:8 | 1 Corinthians 2:12, 3:16 | Ephesians 1:13 | Galatians 5:25 | Ephesians 5:1
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith and life. Through Scripture, God reveals His will, His character, and His redemptive plan for humanity.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16–17; Hebrews 4:12; Psalm 119:105
We exist to glorify God and to live in loving relationship with Him. Jesus taught that the greatest commandment is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. All that we do flows from this love for God and for others (Matthew 22:37–40).
We believe that God has chosen and called His people to live holy and fruitful lives in Christ. As believers, we are united to Christ, the true vine, and apart from Him we can do nothing. Our life and purpose are found in abiding in Him and bearing fruit for God’s glory (Ephesians 1:4; John 15:1, 5).
In obedience to Jesus Christ, we exist to make disciples of all nations. Jesus has been given all authority in heaven and on earth, and He commissions His Church to go, baptize, teach, and walk with people as they grow in obedience to Him (Matthew 28:18–20).
Therefore, we exist to fulfill God’s purposes for His Church through:
Worship — loving and honoring God with our whole lives
Evangelism — proclaiming the Gospel so that others may know Jesus Christ
Discipleship — growing believers to maturity through obedience to Christ
Fellowship — living in Christ-centered community as the family of God
Ministry — serving others in love as an expression of God’s grace
We exist to remain faithful to Christ, fruitful in His mission, and obedient to His calling until He returns.
We believe Jesus Christ established baptism and the Lord’s Supper for His Church.
Baptism is a public expression of repentance and faith, symbolizing new life in Christ.
The Lord’s Supper is a sacred remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and a declaration of hope in His return.
Scripture: Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3–4; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26
We believe that marriage is ordained by God and is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, established at creation. In marriage, a man and a woman are joined together as one, and this union is to be honored and preserved according to God’s design (Genesis 2:23–24; Matthew 19:5–6).
We believe that sexual intimacy is a gift from God to be expressed only within the covenant of marriage. Scripture calls believers to holiness and self-control, and teaches that sexual immorality originates from the human heart and is contrary to God’s will (Matthew 15:19–20; 1 Corinthians 6:18; Hebrews 13:4).
We believe that sexual behavior outside of God’s design contradicts God’s revealed order and is identified in Scripture as sinful (Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26–27; 1 Timothy 1:9–10).
We believe that singleness is also honored by God and that those who are unmarried are called to live in purity and self-control. Marriage is given as God’s provision for sexual expression, companionship, and faithfulness (1 Corinthians 7:7–9).
We believe Jesus Christ has called His Church to glorify God and make disciples of all nations. In obedience to Scripture, The Church Of Acts International exists to fulfill the five biblical purposes of the Church:
Worship — loving God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength
Fellowship — living in Christ-centered community as the family of God
Discipleship — growing believers to maturity through obedience to God’s Word
Ministry — serving others in love according to the gifts God has given
Evangelism — proclaiming the Gospel so that all people may know Jesus Christ
We commit ourselves to advancing the Gospel, strengthening the Church, and demonstrating Christ’s love through compassionate action until He returns.
Scripture: Matthew 22:37–40; Acts 2:42–47; Matthew 28:19–20; Ephesians 4:12
This Statement of Faith expresses the doctrinal foundation of The Church Of Acts Inernational and guides all teaching, leadership, partnerships, and ministry activities.

“Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord. — Zechariah 4:6
God has called The Church of Acts International to be more than a ministry—He has called us to be a movement. A movement of churches, pastors, disciple-makers, and transformed communities across East Africa and beyond.
The same Holy Spirit who empowered the early church is empowering us today. We are witnessing salvations, church planting, and leaders rising up in places where the Gospel has not yet been reached.
Our mission is clear: to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment in our generation.
We will not stop until every village has a church, every pastor is equipped, and every child has hope in Jesus.
Thank you for standing with us as we carry the Gospel to the nations. Together, we are advancing God’s Kingdom and bringing transformation to communities living in extreme poverty.
All for Christ,

Pastor David serves as the Pastor for Africa for TCOAI, He and his wife, Teaching Pastor Mariam Muchungu, provides leadership, oversight, and support to a growing network of pastors. Through their leadership, churches are being strengthened, new believers are being discipled, and new church fellowships are being planted in underserved communities.
In many of these areas, pastors faithfully serve without salaries, reliable transportation, or basic ministry resources. Yet they continue to shepherd their communities, preach the Gospel, and raise up new leaders with dedication and faith.
This work is not just about meeting needs—it is about building a strong, biblical church. As local believers grow in their faith, they are learning to support one another, live out the Gospel, and carry the message of Jesus into their own communities.
Together, we are seeing a movement take shape—one that reflects the early church in Acts, where faith is active, communities are transformed, and the Gospel continues to spread.

Here in Masambas Village, people face poverty — but their faith is rich.
Their worship is pure.
Their joy is contagious.
